Professional Experience : An experienced Head and Lecturer for over 37 years in providing a vision and leadership required to ensure high quality education for students. Her professional career started in 1977 as a lecturer at the institute of English language and Literature, University of Sindh Jamshoro, Pakistan, serving there for 8 years as lecturer she was then promoted as an Assistant Professor where she served the institute for 11 years. In 1996, she was appointed as a Director for the Prime Ministers Literacy Commission, Islamabad, Pakistan and was sent for a three week course by UNESCO on “Women Empowerment” to Nepal. In 2000 she was appointed as the Deputy Head of the English Department of University of Sindh Jamshoro Pakistan and in 2007 she was promoted as Chairperson of the department. In 2011 she joined P.I.S.Q as the Principal.
Having a proven track record of successfully managing staff as well as resources to achieve improvement in educational services, thereby providing an environment where the teachers/professors and students both can reach their potential. She possesses the required enthusiasm, drive, vision and flexibility necessary to manage an institution looking to progress.
